BP promptly provided an estimate for a new HVAC system, also 35 years old, and with rebates from LADWP/SOCAL GAS and Carrier, the price was unbeatable, even compared to Costco. The technicians efficiently completed the installation in under 14 hours across two days. They were not only friendly and cooperative but also remarkably tidy and knowledgeable. I anticipate years of reliable service with minimal maintenance thanks to my new equipment.
