I can't thank Brody Pennell enough. Sending David was like sending a gift from above. He was nice, neat, honest and fast. While he wasn't able to fix my A/C (too old) he explained why getting a new system was the smart decision. He was not a sales man at all. He was honest and sincere. Highly recommend!!!

My AC broke during the heat season which caused a significant leak in my condo. Alan came to diagnose the problem, which included checking my HVAC on the roof and the equipment in my unit under the ceiling. I was notified about the technician’s arrival half an hour in advance. Alan was courteous and professional. After diagnosing the problem, he presented me with options and pricing of repair. Overall, a great experience. Thank you.

I like to joke about getting "Excellent Customer Service" but with BP, it is NO JOKE. I first inter-acted with them through the LADWP AC OPTIMIZATION PROGRAM (thank you for the FREE "Nest" Thermostat. Then, a few weeks later, the gas valves on my furnace gave out - after 35 years????? - and repairing it was out of the question! Within days, BP was out to give me an estimate on a new HVAC system - again, 35 years old - and with LADPW/SOCAL GAS and Carrier rebates, the price was top-notch, even beating COSTCO! The techs completed the job over two days in less than 14 hours. They were friendly, cooperative, extremely neat and very knowledgeable. I look forward to many years of (limited, hopefully) service (meaning, bi-yearly inspections) and great quality from my new equipment.
